SALES TERMS

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read this document carefully. It contains important information relating to your rights and obligations, including applicable restrictions and limitations of liability. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

These terms apply to your purchase of products or services from BEST HOPE ENTERPRISE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). You acknowledge that you have read, fully understood and agreed to these terms. When you place an order to purchase products/services, you indicate your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms.

The Company may revise these terms from time to time. Please check them periodically. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company, which shall be at the Company's sole discretion. Once accepted, an order cannot be cancelled. The Company only accepts orders placed by Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above for delivery within Hong Kong.

*Based on certain market characteristics, some of the provisions set out in this clause also apply to the Macau market.

1. Price and Payment

The price of the products/services and delivery charges (if any) shall be as shown on the Company's website at the time you place your order.

All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars. Products and prices shown on this website are for reference only and may be adjusted at the time of actual transaction.

The Company accepts FPS, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, and Octopus as payment methods.

We use third‑party payment service providers to process online transactions. You agree and accept that you are bound by that service provider's terms, and your payment information will be collected, processed and retained by them. You assume sole responsibility for any loss incurred or arising from the transaction, and the Company shall not be liable for any such loss.

The Company does not collect or retain your credit card information. If you choose to save your information for quick checkout, such information will be encrypted and retained by the third‑party payment service provider.

The Company reserves the right to change the payment methods for online shopping and delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

For credit card payments, you shall bear any difference arising from foreign exchange rate fluctuations and any fees charged by the issuing bank.

2. Delivery Policy (applies to product purchases)

The Company will use reasonable efforts to arrange delivery of the products to an address within Hong Kong as specified in your order, and delivery charges will apply.

Once an order is confirmed, all delivery charges are non‑transferable, non‑refundable and cannot be converted into cash or products.

At the time of delivery, our staff may ask the recipient to produce the original Hong Kong Identity Card (or other identification document acceptable to the Company), the credit card used for purchase (or a copy of the front of that card), a letter of authorisation (if applicable), etc. to verify identity. If you do not accept this requirement, the Company reserves the right to refuse delivery.

All delivery dates are estimated only and do not form part of the contract. The Company shall not be liable for any increase in costs, loss of profit or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from delay or failure to deliver.

If you do not take delivery of the products within 90 days after receiving the arrival notification, or fail to provide appropriate instructions/documents/authorisation required for delivery, the Company will cancel the order and forfeit the full amount paid without further notice. You agree that the Company shall not be liable for such cancellation or any loss arising therefrom.

We will use reasonable efforts to dispatch the goods within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation (via a third‑party courier company). Actual delivery time will be arranged by such courier. After successfully placing an order, we will send an "Order Confirmation" email within 24 hours.

If a parcel is lost or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, the Company shall not be liable. If re‑delivery to a corrected address is required, you shall bear the costs incurred for re‑delivery.

3. Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange application period: Please apply for an exchange within 7 days of signing for the goods. Applications after this period will not be accepted.

Situations where exchange is not accepted:

The product has been received for more than 7 days.

The product packaging is not intact (e.g., the wrapping film or box has been torn off).

The product has been opened, used, damaged or is incomplete.

Any free gifts or trial samples.

Any products not purchased from the Company's online store.

Situations where exchange may be arranged: Wrong product delivered, product damaged during transit, product has defects or quality issues.

Exchange procedure:

Please take photos of the defective part(s) and explain the reason for exchange, together with the order number and product name, and apply via the email or WhatsApp listed on the "Contact Us" page of the Company's website.

Once we have confirmed that the conditions are met, we will reply with confirmation and the exchange procedure. The exchange must be carried out at a designated location.

If the returned product came with promotional gifts or products purchased at a special price, please return them together. If exchanging for the same product model, you need not return the gifts or special‑price items.

Undeliverable orders: For orders returned due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address, inability to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery, etc., we will deduct the original shipping fee, handling fee, and 10% of the total product value as processing fee from the refund, and the balance will be handled according to the refund policy. If you request re‑shipment, you shall bear the re‑shipping costs.

Return deemed acceptance of product: Unless you notify the Company that you require an exchange/refund within 7 days of delivery, and the Company confirms in writing within 7 days, you shall be deemed to have accepted the product as operating properly and conforming to the contract.

4. Repair and Maintenance

For products purchased more than 7 days (calculated from the date of receipt), if you need to enquire about repair and maintenance, please contact the Company's customer service centre directly. For the specific address and telephone number of the service centre, please refer to the "Contact Us" page on the Company's website.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any claim brought by a third party, arising from the performance or non‑performance of the contract, or from the provision or use of any products or services sold (unless otherwise specified in the contract). This clause does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Transfer of Ownership and Risk (applies to product purchases)

Ownership of the products, and the risk of loss of or damage to the products, shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the address specified in the order and receipt by the recipient. Ownership of any software products remains with the relevant licensor.

7. Product Use and Resale Restrictions

The products may not be used as a critical component of a life support system, or in any situation where failure of the product could reasonably be expected to cause injury to the user or others.

You agree to purchase the products for personal use only, not for commercial resale. If you breach this warranty, the Company has the right to refuse the order. Customers may not remove parts from the products for resale.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strikes, labour problems, equipment failure. Product and parts availability is subject to stock. In the event of insufficient quantity, the Company may, in its sole discretion, allocate sales, deliveries, repairs or replacements.

9. Miscellaneous

Changes: The Company may update, revise or discontinue the provision of products and related services or prices at any time. All orders are subject to these terms, which supersede other terms published elsewhere.

Waiver: The Company's failure to strictly enforce any provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights or remedies. If any term is held to be unenforceable, the other terms shall remain in effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction: This contract shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall be subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, and the English version of these terms shall prevail.

Entire agreement: These terms may not be altered, supplemented or amended by any other document. Any order that purports to supplement or amend this document shall be void.

In the event of any dispute, BEST HOPE ENTERPRISE LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.
