Do I need to register an account to shop?

How long does it take for an order to be confirmed?

Can I modify or combine orders?

Yes, but it must be submitted before issuing a logistics number, and we will try our best to cooperate. If the order has a logistics number or is being shipped, we are sorry that we cannot change your order. Please go to our designated location in person to make the change after receiving the goods.

Can I place an order over the phone?

No, there is currently no telephone shopping service.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently supported payment methods: credit cards and debit cards/Apple Pay and Google Pay (will be automatically enabled when the device supports it), settled in Hong Kong dollars.

Is online payment safe?

To provide customers with a safer and faster online shopping experience, our online payment processing accepts your payments through the international payment gateway Stripe. Stripe uses 3D verification technology to ensure customer personal and transaction information, and we will not record any sensitive credit card information.

Are there any handling fees for online payments?

No payment fees will be charged for shopping on this website. If there are any fees charged during the payment process, please consult the relevant payment institution.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, we do not offer cash on delivery service.

Logistics

Yes, there are some outlying islands in Hong Kong, border restricted areas, some villages that trucks cannot directly enter, and places specified by logistics companies. Macau hotels, hospitals, government offices, port office buildings and places specified by logistics companies. The explanation of the logistics company shall prevail.

We will try our best to ship the goods within 3 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed. However, since we entrust a third-party company to handle the packaging and shipping of the goods, the actual delivery process and time are arranged by the company. Pre-ordered and out-of-stock items will take longer to process, and the actual delivery and time will be subject to shipping notifications and notifications.

BEST HOPE ENTERPRISE LIMITED「下稱《本公司》」根據以下條款為本公司所代理的產品提供維修和保用服務。

條款和細則如下:

  1. 顧客必須帶同相關產品親臨本公司客戶服務部進行保用和維修,本公司不設任何上門保用或維修服務。而其中所引致之任何交通費用,本公司概不負責。
  2. 為防止平行進口貨—水貨及被盜產品之送修,客戶在要求保用服務時,必需出示本公司保用證及購買產品之正本發票。影印本或傳真本恕不受理。
  3. 保用年期分別於產品包裝所貼上之保用証上注明。而保用開始生效日期為特約經銷商所發出之發票日期。
  4. 本公司負責於有效保用期內之免費維修和更換服務並不包括以下情況:
  5. a)平行進口貨—水貨或保用期已屆滿之產品。
  6. b)產品之任何部份有碎裂、生銹、水漬、腐蝕、裂痕、灼燒、 凹凸、損毀、不完整的零件及其他表面損壞。
  7. c)天災、人為意外或疏忽、輸入不適當的電壓、安裝或測試不當、擅自修理或改裝所造成之損壞;使用不當器材或器材本身之不正常運作所引致之直接或間接損壞。
  8. d)原裝序號標籤被撕除、塗改或不完整「如適用」
  9. e)遺失購物發票、塗改或發票上沒有購物日期。
  10. f)非原購買者的產品擁有權轉讓。
  11. g) 產品包裝和消耗零件的免費更換,包括入耳式耳膠、耳棉、電池等等,或任何軟件程式或數據的損失
  12. h)本公司不負責承擔因本產品之品質問題所造成的其他間接損失、花費及其它附帶損害,包括但不限於資訊遺失,預期利益損失等等。
  13. 本公司不保證本產品能兼容日後市場推出之軟件或硬件或產品。
  14. 本公司不設代客暫存及保管任何產品服務,客人離開本公司前應先點算清楚閣下之物品。如有損壞或遺失物品,本公司概不負責。
  15. 客戶需在本公司通知取件日期開始計三個月內取回產品,否則用戶之產品如有損壞、遺失等情況,維修中心概不承擔任何責任且本公司有權自行處置該產品,恕不另行通知和賠償。
  16. 客戶若更改聯絡方法及資料,請迅速通知本公司。由於客戶未及時向本公司更新聯絡方法而導致的不便與損失,本公司概不負責。
  17. 本保用服務只適用於香港及澳門境內,並不適用於中國大陸及海外保用。
  18. 本條款及細則如有任何更改,恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
Warranty Terms and Conditions (Comprehensive)

BEST HOPE ENTERPRISE LIMITED (hereinafter called the “Company”) provides repair and warranty services for products represented by the company.

The terms and conditions are as follows:

  1. Customers must bring related products to the Company’s customer service department for warranty and maintenance. The Company does not provide door-to-door warranty or maintenance services. Customers are responsible for any transportation costs incurred.
  2. To ensure warranty products are not parallel to imported and stolen products, customers must present the Company’s warranty certificate and the original invoice of the purchased product when requesting warranty service. Photocopies or facsimiles will not be accepted.
  3. The warranty period is indicated on the warranty certificate affixed to the product packaging. The effective date of the warranty is the invoice date issued by the authorized dealer.
  4. The Company is responsible for free maintenance and replacement services within the valid warranty period, but does not cover the following:
  1. a)Parallel imports or products whose warranty period has expired.
  2. b)Any part of the product that is chipped, rusted, water-stained, corroded, cracked, burned, bumped, damaged, incomplete parts, and other surface damage.
  3. c)Damage caused by natural disasters, human accidents or negligence, improper voltage input, improper installation or testing, unauthorized repair or modification, direct or indirect damage caused by improper use of equipment, or abnormal operation of the equipment itself.
  4. d)The original serial number label is removed, altered, or incomplete, “if applicable.”
  5. e)The purchase invoice is missing, altered, or does not have the date of purchase on it.
  6. f)Transfer of ownership of the product from a non-original purchaser.
  7. g)Free replacement of product’s packaging and consumable parts, including ear gels, ear cotton, batteries, etc., or any loss of software programs or data.
  8. h)Indirect losses, expenses, and other incidental damages caused by the quality of this product, including but not limited to information loss, loss of expected benefits, etc., are not covered.
  1. The Company does not guarantee that this product will be compatible with software, hardware, or products launched on the market in the future.
  2. The Company does not store any products or services on behalf of customers. Customers should count their belongings before leaving the Company. The Company is not responsible for damaged or missing items.
  3. Customers must retrieve the product within three months from the date of collection, as notified by the Company. Otherwise, if the product is damaged or lost, the repair center will not bear any responsibility, and the Company has the right to dispose of the product. Further notice and compensation will not be provided.
  4. Customers must promptly notify the Company of any changes to their contact method and information. The Company is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by the customer’s failure to update their contact information with the Company in a timely manner.
  5. This warranty service is only applicable to Hong Kong and Macau and does not apply to mainland China and overseas warranties.
  6. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In the event of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
Asking for help overseas

•All overseas people who need after-sales or warranty please follow our company’s customer service instructions and send them to the designated customer service center for processing.

•Regardless of any reason, guests are required to pay all return shipping costs and taxes themselves. Our company does not provide free shipping and tax treatment.

•All overdue items, freight collect items, unpaid items, suspicious items, and obviously severely damaged items will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for all losses.

•Customer must properly and safely package the goods for the incoming trip. The company will use the original packaging and materials to send it back to the customer on the return trip. If there is any damage during transportation, the customer will be responsible for all losses.

•If the customer receives an after-sales product that is damaged during transportation, please contact the transportation company directly to resolve the issue.

•All products must be purchased from our company’s Hong Kong and Macau authorized dealers and our online store before any after-sales or warranty treatment will be provided.

When the product is discontinued, out of stock, or determined to be unable to be repaired properly

If the product is discontinued, out of stock, or determined to be unable to be repaired properly, the company will replace the product with a product with similar main functions for the customer, and no refund will be given under any circumstances.
