Comprehensive matters

•Customers must first understand and understand the details and methods of purchase, and cannot use this as a reason to raise disputes.

•Customers must be willing to abide by the store’s relevant shopping rules and freight collection mechanism.

•There is a gap between the time when you submit the order and the time when the system accepts the order. Therefore, when you submit the order, the system shows that it is still in stock, but when the system accepts the order, it may be out of stock. If the product you purchased is no longer in stock before the system accepts your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

•If any product is sold out, our store will not notify you in advance.

•We will not be held responsible for any problems caused by customers’ incorrect or improper use of the product.

•We reserve the right to modify and revise prices, discounts, delivery charges and online shopping terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

•The inventory, prices and various discounts of products may be different in offline stores/online stores/authorized dealers. If there is any change, we will not notify you and we reserve the right to make the final decision.

Refund terms

•There are no refunds for successfully paid orders.

•There are no returns or refunds for orders that have been shipped.

•Some products are not returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons and will be marked on the product page.

•If out of stock, all items will be returned to the original location without any handling fee.

•Please consider carefully before placing an order. Please do not abandon the order or you will be blacklisted.

•If a product is out of stock or has quality issues, we will first contact the supplier to resolve the issue before making follow-up arrangements, including but not limited to refunds or transfers.

Product issues

•If the product is damaged, customers need to bring it to the store or customer service center for replacement. Free shipping is not provided for exchange.

•For all products that require after-sales or warranty, please follow the instructions on the product. Customers need to bring them to the customer service center for processing. Free shipping is not provided.

•If a customer receives a product that is damaged during transportation, he or she can contact the company first/contact the transportation company directly to resolve the issue.

•If you find any errors or omissions in the goods when you sign for them, you need to contact our customer service staff on the same day via WhatsApp or email to take a photo of the wrong goods and send it to us for follow-up.

•Product pictures are for reference only. The original appearance, color and photos may be slightly different due to different monitors. We do not accept disputes. Please understand.

Pre-sale items

•The order cut-off time is 19:00 every Friday. If payment exceeds the cut-off time, the order will be postponed to the next working day without further notice.

•The arrival date will be indicated on the product page.

•Please understand that there may be changes due to transportation or other force majeure factors.

•Due to the time required for ordering or shipping, the shipment may be delayed or advanced due to the need to coordinate with the supplier’s shipment schedule. Please be aware and understand.
