Due to the security upgrade of SF Express-SF Hong Kong SFHK APP, starting from August 6, 2024, the pickup notification function of SF Hong Kong SFHK APP will replace the SMS text message mode. By then, customers who choose SF Express self-pickup points and have downloaded the SF Hong Kong SFHK APP will no longer receive SMS pickup notifications. You can turn on the SF APP mobile phone push notifications to avoid missing the pickup time limit.
